In 1985, David Blackmore and Joseph Hughes
envisioned a group of highly skilled professionals with multi-discipline
expertise teaming up to provide innovative solutions in the diverse
field of the Geosciences. Today that vision is a reality called DBA.

Maintains consistent high quality in all areas of expertise by continuing education and providing up-to-date supplemental training on a regular basis.

DBA is certified by the
Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for UST removal and
inspection.
Our environmental staff have completed a 40 hour OSHA Hazardous Material
Training Course and maintain annual update training.
